摘要
介绍了一条发动机缸体粗加工自动化生产线的设计,以钻攻中心为主要加工设备,搭配卧式加工中心与专机组成柔性化的生产线,采用配地轨的工业机器人进行上下料。通过工序的优化以及对机器人手抓、机床改造、回转工作台、液压夹具和专用刀具的优化,并将自动化与精益化、信息化相融合,使该生产线具有先进性与经济性,以不到40%的投入实现传统缸体生产线同等产能,人员减少到只需每班1人,单件直接加工成本降低30%以上,实现降本增效。
This paper introduces the design of an automatic rough machining line for engine block,it takes compact machining center as the main processing equipment,matches with horizontal machining center and special machine to form flexible production line,and adopts industrial robot with ground rail for loading and unloading.Through the optimization of robot gripper,machine tool transformation,rotary table,hydraulic fixture and special tool,the production line integrates automation,lean technology and information technology,it is advanced and economical.With less than 40%investment,the same capacity of the traditional cylinder production line will be achieved.The number of personnel will be reduced to only 1 people per class,and the direct processing cost of single parts will be reduced by 30%.
