牛乳体细胞分类器的研究与实现

Research and Implementation of Somatic Cell Classifier in Milk

牛奶中所含体细胞的类别与数量是诊断与治疗奶牛乳腺炎的重要依据。针对牛乳体细胞分类识别问题,本文针对牛乳体细胞构建四个单一分类器分别是K近邻分类器、支持向量机分类器、BP神经网络分类器和随机森林分类器对牛乳体细胞进行分类识别。牛乳体细胞与其他人体血液细胞存在不同,目前针对牛乳体细胞方面的研究较少,因此本文针对牛乳体细胞进行分类研究,实现单一分类器对牛乳体细胞的高精度分类。

The type and quantity of somatic cells in milk is an important basis for diagnosis and treatment of cow mastitis.To solve the classification and recognition problem of milk somatic cells,four single classifiers were constructed for milk somatic cells in this paper,which were K-nearest neighbor classifier,support vector machine classifier,BP neural network classifier and random forest classifier.There are differences between cow's milk somatic cells and other human blood cells,At present,there are few studies on cow's milk somatic cells,therefore,this paper studies the classification of cow's milk somatic cells to achieve the high-precision classification of cow's milk somatic cells with a single classifier.
