为适应公安工作业务的新需要,将公路防控体系和社会治安防控体系紧密结合,应用大数据技术,整合公路防控体系的监控卡口、电子围栏、手机探针等采集设备资源,共享禁毒、交警、技侦、网安、治安、刑侦等多警种业务数据,建设以车辆为信任根的公路治安防控体系云平台,支撑计算精准、预警实时、拦截有效、反馈及时的涉毒案件防控机制。通过公安资源的共享应用,对涉车、涉路的人员背景全网汇聚、关联共享、形成轨迹,建立融合WIFI探针、电子围栏、视频卡口信息的人、车、码模型,实现情报准确推送,对人、车、路实现汇总研判、挖掘分析、比对碰撞,提高管控效能。
