无创通气智能氧控技术在呼吸窘迫综合征早产儿氧疗监护中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨智能氧控技术在呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)早产儿氧疗监护中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1-10月在本院NICU收治的80例胎龄≤36周,需行无创通气的ARDS早产儿为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组各40例,对照组实施常规无创通气,观察组在常规无创通气基础上应用智能氧控技术进行参数调节。比较2组的氧疗效果及参数调节情况。结果:观察组早产儿上机24h和48h动脉血PaO_(2)和FiO_(2)指标的控制优于对照组(P<0.05),呼吸机参数调节次数和耗时小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:智能氧控技术应用能更好地控制氧疗指标,降低氧疗并发症风险。 [Objective]To probe into the application effect of intelligent oxygen control technology in oxygen therapy monitoring of premature infants with respiratory distress syndrome( RDS). [Method]Eighty RDS premature infants with gestational age ≤ 36 weeks and requiring noninvasive ventilation in NICU of our hospital from January to October in2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional non-invasive ventilation,and the observation group was treated with intelligent oxygen control technology to adjust parameters on the basis of conventional non-invasive ventilation.The effect of oxygen therapy and parameter adjustment were compared between the two groups.[Result]The control of PaO2 and FiO2 in the observation group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 05),and the adjustment times and time of ventilator parameters in the observation group were less than that in the control group( P < 0. 05).[Conclusion]The application of intelligent oxygen control technology can better control the index of oxygen therapy and reduce the risk of complications of oxygen therapy.
