我国食品冷链物流发展探析

Discussion on the Development Strategy of Food Cold Chain Logistics Management in China

随着经济的快速发展,人们生活水平的提高,对食品的质量、安全、绿色等需求也不断发生变化,目前冷链物流依旧满足不了市场的需求。针对我国冷链物流的状况,通过比较国内外食品冷链物流的发展现状,笔者综合分析研究我国食品冷链物流存在的问题,从建立完善的工作系统、提高食品冷链物流的技术水平、健全冷链物流法律法规等角度提出发展我国食品冷链物流的应对之策。

With the rapid economic development,people's living standards are also improved,so the quality of food,safety,green and other needs are constantly changing,but cold chain logistics still can not meet the needs of the market now.In view of the present situation of cold chain logistics in our country,through the comparison of the present situation of domestic and international comparison of food cold chain logistics,it comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in our country's food cold chain logistics,it put forward development countermeasure of the development of China's food cold chain logistics from the establishment of a sound working system,strengthening the technical level of food cold chain logistics,improving the cold chain logistics laws and regulations and other aspects.
