摘要 水肥同步供应和控制是现代农业的技术方向之一,喷灌是水肥一体化实现的一种灌溉形式。课题小组设计了设施农业自走式水肥喷洒小车,采用喷灌方式施肥,以STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心控制单元,利用红外传感器感知障碍物和作物植株。控制模块根据传感器信号分析处理并发出指令,实现小车自动行走,并对作物植株进行准确的水肥喷洒作业。小车的进一步开发和应用可有效提高设施农业生产效率,减少农业从业人员工作量,具有示范意义。 The synchronous supply and control of water and fertilizer is one of the technical directions of modern agriculture.Sprinkler irrigation is an irrigation form to realize the integration of water and fertilizer.Our task group designed a self-propelled water and fertilizer spraying car for facility agriculture,which applied fertilizer by sprinkler irrigation.Taking STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core control unit,infrared sensor was used to sense obstacles and crop plants.According to the sensor signal analysis and processing,the control module sends out instructions to realize the function of automatic walking of the car and accurate spraying of water and Fertilizer on crop plants.The further development and application of the car can effectively improve the production efficiency of facility agriculture and reduce the workload of agricultural workers,which has demonstration significance.
