技能竞赛助力智能制造装备技术专业师生发展的实践与探索——以山西机电职业技术学院为例

Practice and Exploration of Skill Competition Helping the Development of Teachers and Students of Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment Technology Specialty--Taking Shanxi Electromechanical Vocational and Technical College as an Example

山西机电职业技术学院智能制造装备技术专业是“十三五”省级重点建设专业,也是“中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划”的重点建设专业。该专业在培养学生掌握基本理论和专业技能的同时,还着重通过指导学生参加全国技能大赛的方式,改革教学内容和方法,增强学生学习技术的能力,促进教育水平的提升。基于此,项目组通过介绍山西机电职业技术学院智能制造装备技术专业通过参加全国技能大赛的方式助推学生培优培强、教师提升发展的实践案例,以为该校职业教育发展探索出一个可复制的成功案例,有效推动该院双高建设各项工作的发展。

the intelligent manufacturing equipment technology specialty of Shanxi electromechanical vocational and technical college is not only the provincial key construction specialty in the"13th five year plan",but also the key construction specialty in the"high-level higher vocational schools with Chinese characteristics and specialty construction plan".While training students to master basic theories and professional skills,the major also focuses on reforming teaching contents and methods,enhancing students'ability to learn technology and promoting the improvement of education level by guiding students to participate in the national skills competition.Based on this,the project team explores a replicable successful case for the development of Vocational Education in Shanxi electromechanical vocational and technical college by introducing the practical cases of intelligent manufacturing equipment technology major in Shanxi electromechanical vocational and technical college,which promotes the cultivation of excellent students and strong teachers and the improvement and development of teachers by participating in the national skill competition,so as to effectively promote the development of various works of the college's double high construction.
