摘要
利用固相反应法制备烧绿石铱氧化物Bi2-x Dy xIr 2O 7(x=0,0.2)多晶样品。通过Rietveld结构精修、拉曼光谱实验、电阻率-温度曲线测量,研究了掺杂样品的结构和电输运性质。结果表明:样品为立方晶系,空间群为Fd-3m;掺杂样品在拉曼光谱上出现了四个明显的特征峰,它们主要对应IrO 6八面体内氧原子的伸缩和旋转振动模式。掺杂使得晶格常数减小,相对原子质量变小,导致拉曼峰位表现出移动现象。电阻率拟合揭示了晶界效应在电传导过程中起主导作用。
In this paper,solid phase reaction was used to prepare polycrystalline samples of pyrochlore iridum oxides Bi2-x Dy xIr 2O 7(x=0,0.2).Through Rietveld refinement,experimental Raman spectroscopy,resistivity-temperature curve measurement,this paper studied the structure and electrical transport properties of doped samples.The results show that the sample is a cubic crystal system and the space group is Fd-3m;the doped sample has four obvious characteristic peaks in the Raman spectroscopy,which mainly correspond to the stretching and rotational vibration modes of oxygen atoms in the IrO 6 octahedron.Doping reduces the lattice constant and the relative atomic mass,which causes the Raman peak position to show a shift phenomenon.Fitting of resistivity reveals that the grain boundary effect plays a leading role in the electrical conduction process.
