摘要
文章介绍了整车开发过程中在整车道路耐久试验中融入NVH性能评估的重要性,按照整车道路耐久性试验中出现的振动与噪声的场景与类型,将异响源零件按照车辆结构进行分类,并在试验中分5个阶段实施性能评估。制定某试车场NVH性能评估测试路线及实施方法,表明主观评估与客观数据相结合可以有效解决相关问题,论证了该方法的可行性与适用性。
In this paper,the importance of integrating NVH performance evaluation into the road endurance test of the vehicle in the process of vehicle development is introduced.According to the scene and type of vibration and noise occurring in the road endurance test of the vehicle,the abnormal noise source parts are classified according to the vehicle structure,and the performance evaluation is carried out in five stages in the test.The test route and implementation method of NVH performance evaluation in a test yard are developed,which show that the combination of subjective evaluation and objective data can effectively solve the related problems,and demonstrate the feasibility and applicability of the modified method.
