水溶液法合成钼酸锂粉体及其晶体生长

Synthesis of Li_(2)MoO_(4) Powder with Aqueous Solution Method and Li_(2)MoO_(4) Single Crystal Growth

摘要 采用水溶液法合成了钼酸锂多晶粉体,该方法相比高温烧结合成工艺有效提高了粉体的均匀性及纯度。采用水溶液法在室温下生长了钼酸锂晶体,晶体外形规则,尺寸约为20 mm×30 mm×40 mm;该晶体按晶面方向规则生长,其主晶面为(100)面和(110)面。利用金相显微镜观察了钼酸锂晶体的微观形貌,晶体呈现台阶形式生长。钼酸锂晶体吸收边截止波长约为292 nm,室温下激发峰波长为370 nm,发射峰波长为445 nm,低温(10 K)下的激发峰波长为275 nm,发射峰波长为520 nm;随着温度降低,晶体的发射峰波长逐步红移,同时发光强度逐步明显增大。 The Li_(2)MoO_(4) powder was synthesized and its crystal was grown at room temperature by the aqueous solution method,respectively.Compared with the common high-temperature sintering,this method effectively improved the uniformity and purity of the powder.The Li_(2)MoO_(4) ingot has a regular shape with a size of 20 mm×30 mm×40 mm.The crystal grows regularly in the crystal-face directions and its main crystal planes are(100)and(110)planes.The morphology of Li_(2)MoO_(4) was observed by a metallographic microscope and the crystal was of step-like growth.The cutoff wavelength on the absorption edge of the crystal is about 292 nm.At room temperature,the wavelengths of excitation and emission peaks are 370 nm and 445 nm respectively,while they shift to 275 nm and 520 nm respectively at low temperatures(10 K).As the temperature decreases,the wavelength of the emission peak has a redshift and the emission intensity increases sharply.
