加速锈蚀与持续荷载对钢筋混凝土粘结性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究锈蚀钢筋与混凝土的粘结性能,选择了15块粘结区段带裂缝的钢筋混凝土梁式试件,进行了电加速锈蚀与持续荷载两种工况共同作用下的试验研究。通过弯曲粘结试验观察了梁式试件的破坏形态,得到了锈蚀钢筋与混凝土的粘结强度值与粘结-滑移曲线。试验结果表明,电加速锈蚀与持续荷载的工况条件显著降低了钢筋混凝土间的粘结强度,且锈蚀率越高、持续荷载越大,粘结强度就越小。在弯曲粘结试验中,梁式试件加载端滑移普遍大于自由端滑移,且滑移量随着梁式试件的持载等级与纵筋锈蚀率的提高而增大。 In order to study the bonding performance of corroded steel bar and concrete,15 specimens with cracks in the bonding section were selected and tested under the combined action of electro-accelerated corrosion and sustained load.The failure modes of beam specimens were observed by bending bond tests,and the bond strength and bond-slip curves of corroded steel bars and concrete were obtained.The results show that the bonding strength between reinforced concrete decreases significantly under the condition of electro-accelerated corrosion and sustained load,and the higher the corrosion rate and sustained load,the smaller the bond strength.In bending bonding tests,the slip of loading end of beam specimens is generally larger than that of free end,and the slip increases with the increase of load-bearing grade and corrosion rate of longitudinal bars.
