摘要
目的研究外施不同浓度Fe盐溶液对红芪中Mg、Zn、Ca、Co、Cu、K、Fe等7种无机元素含量变化的影响。方法采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定红芪中7种无机元素的含量,采用相关性分析、因子分析等方法分析外施Fe盐溶液对红芪中7种无机元素含量的影响。结果红芪中无机元素特征指纹图谱显示,红芪对无机元素的吸收能力由强到弱依次为K>Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Cu>Co;外施一定浓度的Fe盐溶液对红芪富集Co、Zn、K、Cu、Ca、Mg元素有促进作用,而浓度过高则会抑制Cu、Ca、Mg元素的富集;相关性分析结果显示,外施Fe盐溶液对红芪中其他元素的吸收具有协同或拮抗作用。结论红芪中Mg、Zn、Ca、Co、Cu、K、Fe等7种无机元素含量随红芪生长呈规律性变化,外施Fe盐溶液对不同生长阶段红芪中的无机元素动态变化特征基本无影响,但对红芪中不同元素的含量有不同的影响;Fe、K、Ca、Mg是外施Fe盐溶液后红芪的特征元素。
Objective To study the effects of external application of different concentrations of Fe salt solution on the content changes of seven inorganic elements including Mg,Zn,Ca,Co,Cu,K and Fe in Hedysari radix.Methods The flame atom absorption spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of 7 inorganic elements in Hedysari radix,and the effects of the external application of Fe salt solution on the content of 7 inorganic elements in Hedysari radix was analyzed by correlation analysis,factor analysis,etc.Results The characteristic fingerprint of inorganic elements in Hedysari radix showed that the order of absorption ability of Hedysari radix from strong to weak was K>Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Cu>Co;the enrichment of Co,Zn,K,Cu,Ca and Mg in Hedysari radix was promoted by applying certain concentration of Fe salt solution,while the enrichment of Cu,Ca and Mg in Hedysari radix was inhibited by too high concentration of Fe salt solution;the results of correlation analysis showed that the external application of Fe salt solution had synergistic or antagonistic effects on the absorption of other elements in Hedysari radix.Conclusion The content of seven inorganic elements such as Mg,Zn,Ca,Co,Cu,K and Fe in Hedysari radix showed regular changes with the growth of Hedysari radix.The external application of Fe salt solution had no effect on the dynamic changes of inorganic elements in Hedysari radix at different growth stages,but had different effects on the content of different elements in Hedysari radix;Fe,K,Ca and Mg are the characteristic elements of Hedysari radix after external application of Fe salt solution.
