Syndrome differentiation and treatment for chronic urticaria by “acupuncturing five meridians to regulate five zang-organs” of Huxiang acupuncture and tuina academic school

在"五经配伍"学术思想的指导下,从脏腑角度对慢性荨麻疹的病因病机进行探讨,并结合五行相生相克理论,运用"针五经,调五脏"治疗慢性荨麻疹,即针刺我经及与我经相关的其他四经的穴位,通过补虚泻实的治法调节脏腑阴阳平衡,使腠理充实,故而皮疹消除。在"五经配伍"理论指导下论治慢性荨麻疹,从而为临床治疗慢性荨麻疹提供新的思路。

Under the guidance of the"compatibility of five meridians"academic thought,this paper discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic urticaria from the perspective of zang and fu organs,combined with the theory of the mutual generation and restraint of the five elements,and uses"acupuncturing five meridians to regulate five zangorgans"to treat chronic urticaria,namely,acupuncturing on spleen meridian and other four meridians related to spleen meridian,regulating the balance of yin and yang in zang and fu organs through the method of reinforcing deficiency and reducing excess,making the interstitial space compact,whereby the urticaria subsiding. Syndrome differentiation and treatment for chronic urticaria under the guidance of the"compatibility of five meridians"theory,thereby opening up a new way of thinking for the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria.
