摘要
目的测定安徽不同地区、不同采收期葎草雌、雄株及其不同部位中木犀草苷、大波斯菊苷和木犀草素的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定安徽5个地区、不同采收期的葎草雌雄株及其叶、茎、花中木犀草苷、大波斯菊苷和木犀草素等3种成分的含量,并分析其富集规律。色谱柱为Agilent SB-A(4.6 mm×250.0 mm,5.0μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.1%磷酸水溶液(B),梯度洗脱,流速1.0 m L/min,柱温25℃,检测波长340 nm,进样量10μL。结果安徽地区葎草雌、雄株及其不同部位间3种成分含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),雌株含量明显高于雄株(P<0.05),且叶中3种成分含量最高,茎次之,花最低;3种成分含量总体南边高于北边,合肥含量最高,淮北含量最低,与其他地区比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同采收期,3种成分4月份含量最低,10月份次之,与6月份、8月份比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),综合看8月份含量最高。结论安徽不同地区和不同采收期葎草雌、雄株及其不同部位中3种成分含量有一定变化规律,为合理开发、利用葎草提供了试验依据。
Objective To determine the content of luteoloside,cosmosin and luteolin of gynoecious and androecious Humulus scandens( Lour.) Merr. and its different parts in different areas and at different harvesting periods in Anhui Province. Methods The content of the 3 components including luteoloside,cosmosin and luteolin in the leaves,stems and flowers in gynoecious and androecious Humulus scandens( Lour.) Merr. in 5 areas of Anhui Province and at different harvesting periods was determined by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC)and the enrichment regularity thereof was analyzed. Agilent SB-A( 4.6 mm × 250.0 mm,5.0 μm) was adopted,the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile( A) and 0.1% phosphoric acid water( B),gradient elution,the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,the column temperature was 25 ℃,the detection wavelength was 340 nm,the injection volume was10 μL. Results The content difference of the 3 components in gynoecious and androecious Humulus scandens( Lour.) Merr. and its different parts in Anhui area was statistically significant( P<0.05),the content of gynoecious was significantly higher than that of androecious( P<0.05),and the content of the 3 components in leaves was the highest,followed by in stems,and the lowest was in flowers. The content of the 3 components was higher in the south than that in the north,with the highest content in Hefei and the lowest content in Huaibei,and the differences were statistically significant compared with other areas( P<0.05). At different harvesting periods,the content of the 3 components was the lowest in April,followed by October,and the differences were statistically significant compared with that in June and August( P<0.05). In general,the content of the 3 components was the highest in August.Conclusion It shows certain change regularity of the content of the 3 components in gynoecious and androecious Humulus scandens( Lour.) Merr. and its different parts in different areas and at different harvesting periods in Anhui Province,which provides experimental basis for rational exploitation and utilization of Humulus scandens( Lour.) Merr.
