摘要
目的以护理专业课程为基础,将初级养老照护职业技能培训课程与护理专业基础课程进行融合,旨在进行专业化老年照护培训教学时,授课教师能够对教学内容进行筛选,针对重点、难点进行培训,缩短培训时间,使学生在短时间内取得优异的成绩。方法对教学内容设计和教学效果评价进行系统的研究和分析。参照初级养老照护职业技能培训教材标准将中职和高职护理专业基础课程进行融合设计,设计了养老照护职业技能培训课程体系,从工作领域、培训课程名称、培训内容、培训要求4个方面确定初级养老照护职业技能培训的内容,涉及9个领域、8门课程、83项培训内容,每个内容分为了解、掌握、熟练运用3个等级;并设计了教学计划、培训工作领域和工作任务。通过课程融合教学方法教学后,比较教学前后学生对老年护理知识和操作技能的掌握情况,以及2019年和2020年学生初级养老照护员职业技能考试通过率。结果熟练掌握各项老年护理知识和操作技能的学生比例由教学前的16.4%提升到49.1%,2020年初级养老照护职业技能考试理论知识考核通过率由2019年的72.0%提升到93.1%,实践考核通过率由2019年的63.6%提升到95.4%。结论在教学中将初级养老照护职业技能培训课程与护理专业基础课程进行有效融合,节省了时间、人力、物力,在短时间内取得了较好的教学效果。
Objective Based on the nursing specialized courses,primary care for the aged of vocational skill training course and basic course of nursing speciality are integrated,aiming at carrying out professional training teaching of care for the aged,the course instructor can screen out the teaching contents,conduct training on key points and difficulties,shorten the training time and make students achieve excellent results in a short time. Methods The design of teaching contents and the evaluation of teaching effect were systematically studied and analyzed. Referring to the teaching material standard of primary care for the aged of vocational skill training,the basic courses of secondary vocational and higher vocational nursing speciality were integrated and designed,and the curriculum system of vocational skill training of care for the aged was designed. The contents of primary care for the aged of vocational skill training were determined from 4 aspects: working field,training course name,training contents and training requirements,involving 9 fields,8 courses and 83 training contents,each of which is divided into three levels including understanding,mastering and skillfully using;and the teaching plan,training working field and tasks were designed. After teaching with the integrated teaching method,students’ mastery of geriatric care knowledge and operational skills before and after teaching was compared,and the passing rate of vocational skills examination of primary nursing staff of students in 2019 and 2020 was also compared. Results The proportion of students proficient in all kinds of geriatric nursing knowledge and operation skills increased from 16. 4% before teaching to 49.1%. In 2020,the passing rate of theoretical knowledge of primary care for the aged of vocational skill training examination increased from 72.0% in 2019 to 93. 1%,and the passing rate of practical examination increased from 63.6% in 2019 to 95.4%. Conclusion In teaching,the vocational skills training course of primary care for the aged is effectively integrated with the basic courses of nursing specialty,which saves time,manpower and material resources and achieves good teaching effects in a short time.
