摘要
目的探讨出生前后暴露于1 800 MHz电磁波对大鼠海马组织神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达的影响。方法出生前暴露指孕期暴露,32只SD孕鼠用完全随机方法分为对照组、低功率出生前暴露组和高功率出生前暴露组,暴露组分别用0.5和1.0 mW/cm^(2)的1 800 MHz连续射频电磁波对孕鼠进行21 d全身暴露(12 h/d)后,测定受暴露动物产出的仔鼠海马组织GFAP的表达。出生后暴露为32只4周龄SD大鼠用完全随机方法分为对照组、高功率暴露组和低功率暴露组,暴露组暴露剂量及方式与出生前暴露相同。暴露完成后测定仔鼠海马组织GFAP的表达,并比较相应两组之间仔鼠海马组织GFAP阳性表达产物平均光密度(MOD)值。结果出生前低功率暴露组仔鼠海马组织GFAP表达下调;出生后低、高功率暴露组SD大鼠GFAP的表达与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义。结论孕期暴露大鼠海马组织GFAP对模拟移动电话的低功率电磁波(0.5 mW/cm^(2))更为敏感,孕期高功率(1.0 mW/cm^(2))和出生后低、高功率电磁波暴露对大鼠海马组织GFAP表达均无影响。
Objective To study the effects of exposure to 1 800 MHz electromagnetic waves before and after birth on expression of glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)in hippocampus of rats.Methods 32 SD pregnant rats were randomly divided into high power exposure group and low power exposure group before birth, the rats were exposed to 0.5 and 1.0 mW/cm^(2) of 1 800 MHz continuous radio frequency electromagnetic waves for 21 days(12 hours per day),respectively.After ending all exposures, the expression of GFAP in the hippocampi of the offsprings of exposed rats were measured.Postnatal exposure was that 32 4-week-old SD rats were randomly divided into high power, and low power exposure group, the rats were given exposure to 1 800 MHz continuous radio frequency electromagnetic wave for 21 days(12 hours per day),the way just was the same as that of prenatal exposure group, then the expression of GFAP in hippocampi of the rats were measured immediately as well after ending the exposures, and comparing the mean optical density(MOD)of GFAP positive expression products in hippocampi between the corresponding two groups.Results The results showed that compared with control group, the expression of GFAP in hippocampus was down-regulated only in 0.5 mW/cm^(2) group before birth, there was no significant difference with controls of that in exposure groups after birth.Conclusion The results suggested that the hippocampus of pregnant rat showed more sensitive to electromagnetic wave of analog mobile phone(0.5 mW/cm^(2)),there was no effect with high dose(1.0 mW/cm^(2))exposure before birth or postnatal exposure with both high and low electromagnetic wave was found.
