百令胶囊联合肺康复训练措施对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺功能的影响

Effect of Bailing Capsules Combined with Lung Rehabilitation Training Measures on Lung Function of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease at Stable Stage

目的:探究百令胶囊联合肺康复训练措施对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺功能的影响,为患者的治疗提供指导。方法:将87例COPD稳定期患者作为研究对象。按随机数字表法将其分为2组。对照组42例,采用常规药物治疗;观察组45例,在对照组的基础上加用百令胶囊联合肺康复训练措施。治疗3个月后,比较2组临床疗效;观察治疗前后2组肺功能指标、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容量(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC均高于治疗前,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清白细胞介素(IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8)明显改善,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合肺康复训练措施有利于改善COPD稳定期患者肺功能,抑制炎性因子,能够有效提升患者免疫功能。

Objective:To discuss the effect of Bailing capsules combined with lung rehabilitation training measures on lung function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)at stable stage,so as to provide guidance for treatment of patients.Methods:A total of 87 cases of COPD patients at stable stage were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,42 and 45 cases in each group respectively.The control group was treated with routine medicine,and the observation group was additionally treated with Bailing capsules combined with lung rehabilitation training measures based on the treatment of the control group.After threemonth treatment,the clinical effect in the two groups was compared.Before and after treatment,the lung function indexes and the levels of inflammatory factors in the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the indexes of forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in serum in the two groups were significantly improved,and the levels in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bailing capsules combined with lung rehabilitation training measures is helpful to improve the lung function of COPD patients at stable stage,and inhibit the inflammatory factors,which can effectively improve the immune function of patients.
