王克穷主任认为,肾癌术后合并泛发性湿疹的病因病机为病久或素体虚弱,脾为湿所困,脏腑经络失于濡养,久而伤肺,肌肤失养,耗伤阴血,化燥生风致血虚风燥,发为本病。和法为中医八法之一,常通过和解少阳、调和脾胃、疏肝和胃等治法,达到祛除病邪、调和阴阳的作用。肾癌术后合并泛发性湿疹,病况冗杂,攻伐消积恐难奏效,当以和法调之,扶助正气,使表里、上下、脏腑、气血和调。
