摘要
采用测量法,在设计初中地理教师学科知识结构的基础上,对237名初中地理教师学科知识的状况进行测查,结果显示:初中地理教师学科知识掌握情况不容乐观,尤其是学科基础性知识掌握得较差,且不同专业发展阶段的初中地理教师在学科知识掌握方面的得分存在非常显著性差异。为此,初中地理教师需要增强专业发展意识,重视学科知识的基础作用;加强地理思维训练,提升地理理性知识的水平;拓展地理学史阅读,丰富地理学史的理论知识;注重加强地理实践,提高自身地理实践力素养;积极创造交流机会,向优秀教师学习提升之法;把握继续教育机会,优化自身的学科知识结构。
Based on the design of the subject knowledge structure of geography teachers in junior high school,the subject knowledge of 237 geography teachers in junior middle school was measured by the method of measurement.The results show that:The situation of junior high school geography teachers'subject knowledge mastery is not optimistic,especially the basic knowledge of subject,and there are significant differences in the subject knowledge mastery of junior high school geography teachers at different professional development stages.Therefore,geography teachers in junior high schools should enhance their awareness of professional development,attach importance to the basic role of subject knowledge,strengthen the training of geographical thinking and enhance the level of geographical rational knowledge,expand the reading of geography history,enrich the theoretical knowledge of geography history,pay attention to strengthening the geographical practice,improve their own geographical practice ability accomplishment,create opportunities for learning and exchange,learn from excellent teachers how to improve,grasp the opportunity of continuing education and optimize the structure of subject knowledge.
