摘要
温度是热隔膜成型过程中一个重要的控制参量,决定了碳纤维预浸料的流动性和变形能力,最终会影响到零件的成型质量和使用性能。因此,本文利用有限元软件建立了碳纤维预制体受热分析模型,得到了预制体在热对流作用下内部的温度分布及热量传递特点,同时进行了加热固化实验。研究了温度对预制体内部孔隙缺陷的影响,以期生产以L型件为特征的复合材料构件提供有利的前提条件和技术指导。
The heating temperature is an important control parameter in the performing process of hot diaphragm,which determines the fluidity and deformation ability of prepreg,and ultimately affects the performance and forming quality of parts.Therefore,a heating process simulation model of carbon fiber preform with plate structure was established by using finite element software,and the heating curing experiment was carried out.To study the temperature distribution law in the carbon fiber preforms under the action of heat convection and the effect of temperature on the internal pore defects.Provide favorable precondition and technical guidance for the production of composite material components characterized by L-shaped parts.
