基于Fibersim的铺覆方法论优化复合材料工艺铺覆精度的研究 被引量:2

摘要 碳纤维复合材料在各领域已广泛应用,其中在航空领域的应用最为成熟。在航空领域中,复合材料的预成型铺覆以人工铺覆和自动铺覆为主导。当基于数字化铺层设计数据进行人工铺覆大尺寸零件时,经常发现实际铺覆效果与理论设计具有较大偏差。本文将基于Fibersim的铺覆方法论剖析产生偏差的原因,并通过实际运用场景推论To Curve模拟实际铺覆的合理性,最终得出采用To Curve铺覆方法论最贴切实际铺覆效果的结论。 CFRP have been widely used in various fields,among which the application in the aerospace field is the most mature.In the field of aerospace,the preformed of composites is dominated manually or automatically.When manual lay—up of large size parts based on designed data,it's often found that the actual lay-up effect is quite different from the designed one.This paper will analyze the causes of the deviation based on Fibersim's propagation methodology,and the reasonableness of To Curve simulation is inferred through practical application of scene,and finally draw the conclusion that using To Curve to simulate the actual lay-up effect is the most appropriate.
