T800级碳纤维复合材料结构压缩设计许用值确定方法研究

Research on Determining Structural Compressed Design Allowable of T800 Composites

本文阐述了T300级碳纤维复合材料(以下简称“T300级复合材料”)结构压缩设计许用值确定方法,并延用到T800级碳纤维增强复合材料(以下简称“T800级复合材料”)体系中。但由于T800级复合材料韧性高,试验证明采用T300级复合材料结构压缩设计许用值确定方法,将无法发挥T800级复合材料的性能优势.不能实现结构减重。因此通过与国外同级别复合材料的结构压缩设计许用值对比,分析原来方法在新材料体系应用中的不足,进而从结构设计完整性出发,结合积木式试验验证,提出适合T800级碳纤维增强复合材料体系的结构压缩设计许用值确定方法,最终实现结构减重。

In this research,a review is performed for the method of determining design allowable values for T300 composites.Then this method is extended to T800 composites.The truth is that the determination method of compression design value for T300 composites is not suitable for T800 composites due to the high toughness of T800 composites.In this scenario,the advantages of T800 composites are not given full play,the weight reduction of the structure is not realized either.So by contrast with foreign researches,the deficiency of the original method in the application of new material system has been revealed.And starting from structural design integrity,combined with block tests,an improving determination method for T800 composites is proposed,which could reduce the aircraft structural weight significantly.
