摘要
针对复合材料在航空发动机进气机匣可调叶片上的应用需求,开展了工程应用研究。主要应用研究内容如下:根据进气机匣可调叶片实际工作受力情况和工艺方案对比分析的平板试验结果,优选出最合适的工艺方案;结合国内外经验和国内生产工艺水平,设计合适的复合材料进气机匣可调叶片结构方案并完成制备;开展了后续的实物强度评估工作。通过上述应用研究,验证了该结构复合材料可调叶片具有良好加工工艺性,满足强度要求,为复合材料可调叶片的最终工程化应用打下基础。
According to application requirements of variable inlet guide vane of aircraft engine,we have developed study of engineering application.The major application study as following:According to practical loads of variable inlet guide vane and results of flat panel experimentation that is used to comparative analysis of manufacturing program,to select the most suitable manufacturing program.Combined with domestic and foreign experience and domestic production technology level,to design appropriate structural scheme of composite variable inlet guide vane and to complete the manufacture;Subsequent physical strength assessment has carried out.Through the above application research,the composite Variable inlet guide vane of this kind of structural scheme has good manufacturing processes,meet the strength requirements,lays a foundation for the final engineering application of composite variable inlet guide vane.
