短种植体在后牙骨量不足区应用的考量 被引量:2

摘要 短种植体越来越广泛地被应用于骨量不足后牙区的种植修复,但亦有文献指出短种植体的应用存在一定的风险,包括边缘骨丧失和种植体失败等,本文综述影响后牙区矩种植体应用的临床因素以及对相应策略的考量。 Short imp 1 ants are an increasingly common alternative in resorbed posterior zone.Despite the advantages they offer,risks have been described in the literature that can lead to marginal bone loss or even the loss of implants.Factors that affect the uncertainty of short implants application in posterior jaw areas are analyzed,and some suggestions for the clinical application of short implants are put forward in this review.
