应重视氢能产业的顶层设计

Hydrogen energy should become the energy strategy of China

在我国提出碳达峰、碳中和目标背景下,氢能发展得到各级政府的高度关注、产业界的积极响应。当下,尤其需要明确氢能在我国能源体系中的定位、氢的来源和成本、氢能的多元化应用、氢能产业的投入产出效率、关键核心技术攻关的体制机制等问题。

Under the background that China has put forward the goal of peak carbon dioxide emission and carbon neutral,the development of hydrogen energy has received high attention from governments at all levels and positive response from the industry.At present,it is particularly necessary to clarify the issues such as the positioning of hydrogen energy in China's energy system,the source,and cost of hydrogen energy,the diversified application of hydrogen energy,the in put-output efficiency of the hydrogen energy industry,the system and mechanism of key core technologies.
