摘要
针对玉米、小麦和水稻、小麦一年两熟地区,在大量农作物秸秆粉碎覆盖地表,或土壤墒情较重情况下,小麦免耕播种质量差的问题,研制开发一种双轴小麦少免耕带状施肥播种机。田间试验结果表明,该播种机播种作业质量较好,与传统旋耕双圆盘小麦播种机、沟播条带播种机相比,实现增产5%,降低播种作业成本150~375元/hm2,推广应用前景广阔。
In order to solve problems of poor quality of wheat no tillage sowing in corn and wheat,rice and wheat double cropping areas,large number of crop straws were crushed and covered on surface,or soil moisture was heavy,double axis wheat less no-tillage belt fertilizer planter was designed and developed. Results of field experiments showed that seeding quality of the seeder was good. It could increase production by 5% and reduce sowing cost 150~375 yuan per hectare compared with traditional rotary double disc wheat planter and furrow strip planter. So,it had a wide application prospect.
