社会主义革命和建设时期中国工业化道路的形成逻辑与发展路径研究

Research on the Formation Logic and Development Path of China’s Industrialization Road in the PRC’s Period of Socialist Revolution and Construction

新中国成立后,综合考虑国内外因素,中国共产党选择了重工业优先发展的赶超战略,这一发展战略的选择决定了我国经济发展的模式和路径。为保障这一战略的实施,我国在制度基础、农业发展、资金筹措、商业贸易、科技教育和产业布局等方面的经济探索,都是围绕建立独立的工业体系、实施重工业优先发展战略而进行的。社会主义革命和建设时期中国工业化取得了很大进展,对中国发展道路有着奠基性的重要贡献:巩固了新生的人民政权,保护了国家安全;初步建立了独立完整的工业体系和国民经济体系,奠定了社会主义现代化建设的物质技术基础;民生得到较大改善;国际地位较快提高,国际经济交往日益密切。

After the founding of the PRC,considering the domestic and foreign factors,the Communist Party of China has chosen the catch-up strategy of giving priority to the development of heavy industry,which de-termines the mode and path of China’s economic development.In order to ensure the implementation of this strategy,China's economic exploration in the aspects of institutional basis,agricultural development,finan-cing,commerce and trade,science and technology education,economic and industrial layout are all carried out around the establishment of an independent industrial system and the implementation of the strategy of giv-ing priority to the development of heavy industry.During the period of socialist revolution and construction,great progress has been made in China’s industrialization,which has laid the foundation for China’s develop-ment:consolidating the new people’s political power and protecting national security;it has initially estab-lished an independent and complete industrial system and national economic system,and laid the material and technological foundation for socialist modernization;China’s social development has made significant pro-gress;and the international status has improved rapidly and international economic exchanges have become in-creasingly close.
