经痛愈舒颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的疗效

Curative effect of Jingtong Yushu granule in treatment of patients with endometriosis

目的分析经痛愈舒颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的疗效。方法选取2019年1-12月温州医科大学附属第二医院收治的84例子宫内膜异位症患者,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组42例。对照组采用孕三烯酮治疗,研究组采用经痛愈舒颗粒治疗。比较两组患者的疗效、临床症状体征评分、视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS)评分、血清激素水平及复发情况。结果研究组总有效率为95.2%,显著高于对照组的78.6%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.619,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组临床症状体征评分和VAS评分分别为(4.1±1.3)分和(1.8±0.2)分,均显著低于对照组的(7.0±2.0)分和(3.4±0.4)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.511,P<0.05;t=10.025,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组患者血清雌二醇(E_2)、孕激素(P)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)及黄体生成素(LH)水平分别为(41.2±9.6)pg/ml、(1.7±0.6)ng/ml、(6.3±1.4)mIU/ml及(6.2±0.5)mIU/ml,均显著低于对照组的(59.6±10.5)pg/ml、(3.3±1.0)ng/ml、(8.1±1.7)mIU/ml及(8.0±0.7)mIU/ml,差异均有统计学意义(t=12.680,P<0.05;t=10.507,P<0.05;t=11.003,P<0.05;t=11.324,P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,研究组腹痛、痛经及盆腔包块发生率分别为21.4%、33.3%及7.1%,均显著低于对照组的35.7%、47.6%及21.4%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.617,P<0.05;χ^(2)=5.002,P<0.05;χ^(2)=4.326,P<0.05)。结论经痛愈舒颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的疗效较好,可改善患者临床症状和体征,缓解疼痛,显著降低血清激素水平,减少病情复发。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of Jingtong Yushu granule in treatment of patients with endometriosis.Methods From January to December in 2019,84 patients with endometriosis treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,42 patients in each group.The patients in control group were treated with gestrinone,and the patients in study group were treated with Jingtong Yushu granule.The curative effects,scores of clinical symptoms and signs,VAS scores,levels of serum hormones,and recurrence rates in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in study group was 95.2%,which was statistically significantly higher than that in control group(78.6%)(χ^(2)=4.619,P<0.05).After treatment,score of clinical symptoms and signs,VAS score in study group were(4.1±1.3)and(1.8±0.2),respectively,which were statistically significantly lower than those in control group[(7.0±2.0)and(3.4±0.4),respectively](t=11.511,P<0.05;t=10.025,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),progestogen(P),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)in study group were(41.2±9.6)pg/ml,(1.7±0.6)ng/ml,(6.3±1.4)mIU/ml,and(6.2±0.5)mIU/ml,respectively,which were statistically significantly lower than those in control group[(59.6±10.5)pg/ml,(3.3±1.0)ng/ml,(8.1±1.7)mIU/ml,and(8.0±0.7)mIU/ml,respectively](t=12.680,P<0.05;t=10.507,P<0.05;t=11.003,P<0.05;t=11.324,P<0.05).After six months,the incidence rates of abdominal pain,dysmenorrhea,and pelvic mass in study group were 21.4%,33.3%,and 7.1%,respectively,which were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(35.7%,47.6%,and 21.4%,respectively)(χ^(2)=4.617,P<0.05;χ^(2)=5.002,P<0.05;χ^(2)=4.326,P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Jingtong Yushu granule in treatment of patients with endometriosis is good,the therapy can improve clinical symptoms and signs,relieve pain,significantly reduce the levels of serum hormones and recurrence of the disease.
