温度对矿用干式变压器Nomex绝缘频域介电响应特性影响的研究

摘要 为研究温度对矿用干式变压器Nomex绝缘频域谱特性的影响,设计了在不同温度下矿用干式变压器Nomex绝缘试样的频域介电谱(FDS)试验,比较了不同温度下Nomex试样的复介电常数频域曲线变化,并采用带直流电导修正的双弛豫Cole-Cole模型对试验数据进行了拟合,分析了温度对介电模型参数的影响。结果表明:温度对矿用干式Nomex绝缘的FDS曲线变化趋势有显著影响。 In order to study the influence of temperature on the frequency domain spectrum characteristics of Nomex insulation of mine dry-type transformer,the frequency-domain dielectric spectroscopy(FDS)tests of Nomex insulation samples of mine dry-type transformer at different temperatures are designed.The frequency-domain curves of complex permittivity of Nomex samples at different temperatures are compared.The test data are fitted by double relaxation Cole-Cole model with DC conductivity correction,and the influence of temperature on the parameters of dielectric model is analyzed.The results show that the temperature has a significant effect on the FDS curve of mine dry Nomex insulation.
