摘要
煤矿井下本安型设备都需要满足GB 3836规定的火花试验,火花试验规定保护电路稳定输出后应不能引起瓦斯气体点燃要求,但单纯地用火花试验装置对保护电路急剧短路输出的能量进行点燃试验是不合适的,应对短路输出能量进行测量评定。设计了一种有效抑制瞬态能量电路,并验证了对电路的有效性。
The intrinsically safe equipment in coal mine must meet the spark test specified in GB 3836.The spark test stipulates that the stable output of the protection circuit should not cause gas ignition.However,it is not appropriate to use spark test device to conduct ignition test on the energy output by short circuit of protection circuit.The short circuit output energy should be measured and evaluated.Designs an effective transient energy suppression circuit,and verifies the effectiveness of the circuit.
