摘要
局部通风风筒在安装、运输过程中会产生不可避免的破损,掘进巷道施工通风的风筒漏风量大小不仅与风管本身的长度、破损度等因素有关,还与通风机输入风压、破损位置等因素相关。目前,风筒漏风率的研究主要是在理论研究方面,对于局部通风风筒漏风率数值模拟的研究还比较少。为了得到局部通风风管的漏风率,利用风管开口处流量理论和能量守恒原理对局部通风风筒漏风率进行推导。采用正交试验设计,研究了风筒长度、破损程度、漏风面积3个因素对漏风率的影响。结果表明:随着泄漏口宽度、距出口侧距离,以及破损数量的减少,风筒漏风率呈下降趋势。该研究为改善风筒漏风现象以及新型风筒接头的研究提供了参考依据。
Local ventilation ducts have varying degrees of damage during installation and transportation.The air leakage of the ducts for tunnel construction ventilation is not only related to the length and damage degree of the duct itself,but also to the input wind pressure of the ventilator and the location of the damage.And other factors are related.At present,the research on air duct leakage rate is mainly in theoretical research,and there are relatively few studies on numerical simulation of local ventilation duct air leakage rate.In order to obtain the air leakage rate of the local ventilation duct,the air leakage rate of the local ventilation duct is derived using the flow theory at the opening of the duct and the principle of energy conservation.Using an orthogonal experiment design,the influence of three factors,namely the length of the air duct,the wind pressure of the fan,and the location of the damage on the soybean yield,was studied.The results show:As the width of the leakage opening,the distance from the entrance side,and the number of damages decrease,the air leakage rate of the air duct is decreasing.This study provides a reference for the improvement of air duct leakage and the study of air duct joints.
