摘要
选煤厂现有的煤泥水清水层厚度检测多为人工检测和超声波检测。人工检测现场岗位工劳动强度大且存在安全隐患,超声波检测将探杆深入液面以下,探杆容易损坏,同时由于煤泥容易附着在探杆上影响测量精度。研究了一种非接触式光敏检测清水层厚度的装置,替代了人工检测,同时检测装置无需接触煤泥水,装置寿命长,检测数据可靠。
The existing slurry purity layer thickness detection in coal preparation plant is mostly manual and ultrasonic detection.Manual testing site job labor intensity and there are safety risks,ultrasonic detection will probe rod deep below the liquid surface,probe rod easy to damage,at the same time because the mud easy to attach to the probe rod affect measurement accuracy.A non-contact photosensitive detection of the thickness of the water layer is studied,replacing manual detection,while the detection device does not need to contact with slurry,the device has a long life and the detection data is reliable.
