科技和社会正在以人类不可预测的速度发展,互联网技术也是在科技社会发展大潮流中最接近人们生活的一项技术,互联网技术的发达程度决定了其介入我们人类生活的程度。现在的生产活动和生活娱乐几乎没有一项活动能够离开互联网,互联网技术与人类生活紧密相连,给我们人类生活的各方面提出了相应的挑战和要求,其中就包括了对于公共服务标准化的要求,主要要求是公共服务应当通过标准化,以适应现代社会的互联网技术化,从而提高整个公共服务的质量和效率。

Science and technology are developing in an unpredictable speed. Internet technology is the closest to people’s life, and its development speed determines the degree of its intervention in human life. Now almost no production and life entertainment activities can be carried out without the Internet. The Internet technology is closely linked with human life, which poses challenges and requirements, especially to the public service standardization. The public service should be standardized, to adapt to the modern Internet society, thus improving the quality and efficiency of public services as a whole.
