标准化职业生涯规划视角下的班会课程化育人模式探究

On the Mode of Class Meeting Curriculum Education from the Perspective of Standardized Career Planning

大学生职业生涯规划属于高职院校的主要教育目标之一,需要将大学生的职业生涯规划与学生在校期间的学习和校外实习进行全方面融合,以此保证学校的育人成果,提升毕业生就业率。本文针对职业生涯规划教学目标下的班会课程化教学模式展开研究,分析班会课程育人模式需要采取的有效措施,总结相关经验,为同领域工作者提供合理化发展建议。

College students’ career planning is one of the main educational objectives of higher vocational colleges. It is necessary to integrate college students’ career planning with students’ learning and off-campus practice in all aspects, so as to ensure the school’s education achievements and improve the employment rate of graduates. This paper studies the class meeting curricular teaching mode under the teaching goal of career planning, analyzes the effective measures that need to be taken, summarizes relevant experience, and provides reasonable development suggestions for the area.
