Hospital culture building has become a strong driving force to promote the overall construction of hospitals. Youth civilization model has made great contribution to improve the doctor-patient relationship and the quality of medical service. This paper makes an in-depth research and analysis on the current situation and problems of the establishment of the youth civilization, and puts forward some standardized and targeted strategies to help the hospital better carry out such activities.
