Research on the Standardization Management of Incentive Mechanism for Performance Management of Trade Union Cadres

本文以工会干部绩效管理激励机制标准化试点单位为线索,以激励干部、提高效率为切入点,以标准化的视域,系统阐述了工会实施绩效管理的过程,实证研究结果以及问题分析,提出加快构建工会干部绩效管理激励机制标准化以及全面考虑其发挥激励功能。

This paper studied the pilot unit of the standardization of the incentive mechanism for the performance management of trade union cadres, and systematically expounded on the implementation of performance management by trade unions from the perspective of standardization so as to encourage cadres and improve efficiency. Through empirical research and problems analysis, it puts forward speeding up the standardization of incentive mechanism for performance management of workers.
