内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗上消化道息肉的标准护理方法研究

Standard Nursing of Endoscopic Mucosal Dissection for Polyps in Upper Digestive Tract

目的:对标准护理应用于内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗上消化道息肉的护理效果进行分析探讨。方法:按入院顺序将我院消化科收治的50例上消化道息肉患者分为对照组和观察组,收治时间为2018年11月至2021年3月。对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)分别给予常规护理和标准护理。对两组患者并发症的发生率和护理依从性进行观察比较。结果:相较于对照组患者来说,观察组患者在护理之后的并发症发生率降低(P<0.05);护理依从性较高(P<0.05)。结论:标准护理能够显著增加患者对于护理人员的依从性,减少并发症的发生率。

Objective: To analyze the nursing effect of standard nursing on endoscopic mucosal dissection of upper digestive tract polyps. Methods: Fifty patients with polyps in upper digestive tract were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the order of admission. The treatment time was from November 2018 to March 2021. The control group(n=25) and the observation group(n=25) were given routine and standard nursing respectively. The incidence of complications and nursing compliance of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(P < 0.05);the nursing compliance was higher(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Standard nursing can significantly increase the compliance of patients to nurses and reduce the incidence of complications.
