消化内科内镜微创治疗患者的规范化围术期护理

Standardized Perioperative Nursing of Patients Undergoing Minimally Invasive Endoscopic Treatment in Gastroenterology Department

目的:探究消化内科内镜微创治疗患者的规范化围术期护理。方法:选取2019年12月-2020年12月60例因内科消化疾病而在本院接受内镜微创治疗的患者进行分组,各有30例患者,对照组常规护理,实验组规范化围术期护理,探究两组患者并发症发生率。结果:实施规范化围术期护理后,实验组患者并发症发生率得到了显著降低,数据对比差异明显,(P<0.05)。结论:对内镜微创治疗患者实施规范化围术期护理后,有较好的护理效果。

Objective: To explore the standardized perioperative care of patients undergoing minimally invasive endoscopic treatment in gastroenterology. Methods: From December 2019 to December 2020, 60 patients who received endoscopic minimally invasive treatment in our hospital due to digestive diseases were divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. Routine care was given in the control group and standardized perioperative care in the experimental group to explore the satisfaction and complication incidence of the two groups. Results: After the implementation of standardized perioperative care, the patient’s satisfaction with care and the incidence of complications in the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion: Standardized perioperative care for patients undergoing endoscopic minimally invasive treatment has a good nursing effect.
