国内外管理体系标准的现状与趋势研究

Current Status and Development Trend of Management System Standards at Home and Abroad

近年来,我国管理体系标准发展迅速,所涉及的主题和标准化领域不断增多。然而,目前我国管理体系标准在走向国际、采用国际层面的管理体系标准、起草的规范性等方面还存在很多不足。本文在对管理体系标准的概念和范畴进行界定的基础上,从标准数量和分布情况、编写规则等方面分析了国际层面、欧洲区域层面和英、日、澳等发达国家的管理体系标准的现状和发展趋势,为我国管理体系标准的发展提供指导和借鉴。

In recent years, management system standards(MSS) have developed rapidly in China, and the subjects and standardization fields involved have continued to increase. However, there are shortcomings in terms of adopting international MSSs, normative of drafting, etc. On the basis of clarifying the concept and scope of MSS, this article analyzes the current status and development trend of MSS at the international level, the European regional level, UK, Japan and Australia from the aspects of number, distribution, rules for drafting MSS, providing guidance and reference for the development of MSS in China.
