Investment Decision-making Model of an Integrated Energy System as Offshore Wind-Wave Combining Solar-Compressed Air Energy Storage

摘要 随着海上风电在中国的快速发展,其资源的局限性及能源的不确定性等缺陷越来越突出,极大阻碍了海上风电项目的进一步发展.从投资决策角度对新型海上风电项目即海上风电-海浪能与光伏-压缩空气储能综合能源的投资规划阶段的影响因素进行梳理并识别,建立了模糊环境下的投资决策指标体系.考虑决策者的风险偏好、指标属性的不确定性以及权重属性的综合性,构建了基于拉格朗日改进AHP-Entropy综合权重算法的三角直觉模糊TODIM海上风电-海浪能与光伏-压缩空气储能综合能源投资决策模型,并运用算例验证该模型的可行性与有效性. With the rapid development of offshore wind power in China,the limitations of its resources and the uncertainty of energy have become more prominent,which greatly hinders the further development of offshore wind power projects.From the perspective of investment decision-making,this paper sorts out and identifies the interfering factor in the investment planning stage of a new type of offshore wind power project,namely offshore windwave combing solar-compressed air energy storage,and establishes an investment decisionmaking index system under a fuzzy environment.Considering the risk preference of decision makers,the uncertainty of index attributes and the comprehensiveness of weight attributes,a triangular intuitionistic fuzzy TODIM comprehensive energy investment decision model based on Lagrange improved AHP entropy comprehensive weight algorithm is constructed.The feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified by an example.
