普通国省道公路安全生命防护设施建设分析

Analysis of Safety Life Protection Facility Construction in Ordinary National and Provincial Highway

2000年以来,我国在普通国省道公路上实施了公路安全保障工程,有效改善和提高了公路安全防护水平。但随着我国经济的高速发展,特别是近年来区域协调发展及乡村振兴战略的实施,普通国省道公路上的交通量急剧增加,原有的安全保障设施已不能满足目前的公路安全防护需求,为切实维护人民群众生命财产安全,提高道路通行能力,降低事故发生率,促进区域经济协调发展,在国省道公路上根据现行规范实施安全生命防护工程就显得尤为重要。

Since 2000, China has implemented the highway safety assurance engineering, which has effectively improved the level of highway safety protection. However, it cannot meet the current needs of highway safety protection because of the significant increase of traffic volume on national and provincial highways. In order to firmly protect the safety of people’s life and property, improve the traffic capacity, reduce the accident rate, and promote the development of regional economy, it is particularly important to implement safety life protection engineering on national and provincial highways according to the current specifications.
