生态文明建设背景下的西部特色林学一流本科人才培养模式研究

Study on the Cultivation Mode of First-class Undergraduate Talent in Forestry with Western Characteristics under the Background of Ecological Civilization Construction

林业是生态建设的中坚力量,新时代国家生态文明建设战略对林业发展提出新的更高要求。为培养满足新时代林业建设需求,助力生态文明建设和构建美丽中国的林学专业人才。文章以甘肃农业大学林学专业为例,从修订人才培养方案,完善课程体系建设;鼓励教学改革,形成多元化、立体化的教学方式,增强授课效果;发挥甘肃地理区域特色,布局实践教学基地网络,整合校内外资源,完善实践教学基地建设;走进山水林田湖草,服务地方社会经济发展;全员参与,强化学生全过程全方位培养五个方面对生态文明建设背景下西部特色林学一流本科人才培养模式进行了探讨。

Forestry is the backbone of ecological construction,and the national ecological civilization construction strategy in the new era puts forward new and higher requirements for forestry development.In order to cultivate forestry professionals who can meet the needs of forestry construction in the new era,help the construction of ecological civilization and build a beautiful China,this paper takes the forestry specialty of Gansu Agricultural University as an example,from revising the talent training plan,improving the construction of curriculum system,encouraging teaching reform,forming diversified and three-dimensional teaching methods,enhancing the teaching effect,giving full play to the geographical characteristics of Gansu Province,and making practical layout This paper discusses the cultivation mode of first-class undergraduate talents of forestry with Western characteristics under the background of ecological civilization construction from five aspects:practice the teaching base network,integrate internal and external resources,improve the construction of practice teaching base;enter into the landscape,forest,field,lake and grass,serve the local social and economic development;full participation,strengthen the whole process and all-round cultivation of students.
