核电厂日常计划管理及优化探讨

Discussion on Routine Planning Management and Optimization of Nuclear Power Plant

日常计划管理是对核电厂生产工作项目的集中统筹安排和管理,其有效开展有利于项目的资源配置、风险控制和工作效率的提高。针对秦山核电日常计划管理工作中发现的问题,从工作理念、管理程序、计划编排、风险管控等角度提出若干切实可行的优化改进建议和措施。通过这些措施以期形成对核电厂预防性维修和纠正性维修更为有效的计划管理模式,不断提升核电机组安全管理水平。

The routine planning management is the centralized arrangement and management of production work items in nuclear power plant.Its effective implementation is conducive to the resource allocation,risk control and work efficiency improvement of the project.Aiming at the problems found in the daily planning management of Qinshan nuclear power plant,this paper puts forward some practically feasible suggestions and measures for optimization and improvement from the perspectives of work philosophy,management procedures,plan arrangement and risk control.Through these measures,it is expected to form a more effective planning management mode for preventive and corrective maintenances of nuclear power plants,and continuously improve the safety management level of nuclear power units.
