摘要 火警联动视频监控系统将核电厂火灾自动报警和视频监控两套独立的系统联合运作,通过算法建立火灾探测器和视频监控设备的“一对多”关系模型。当现场出现火警时,设置在主控室的视频监控系统立即分析并弹出和该火警相关主要起火房间以及周边关联房间的监控画面,缩短运行人员核实火情时间至30 s左右,提高火警响应速度,减少火灾蔓延对机组造成的经济损失。 The fire alarm linkage video monitoring system operates by innovatively combining two independent systems of automatic fire alarm and video monitoring in nuclear power plant,and establishes the"one-to-multiple"relationship model of fire detector and video monitoring equipment through algorithm.In case of on-site fire alarms,the video monitoring system in the main control room sets out analysis immediately and pops up the monitoring pictures of the main fire rooms and surrounding associated rooms,which shortens the time for operators to verify the fire situation to about 30s,improves the fire response rapidity,and minimizes the economic loss of the power plant unit caused by the fire propagation.
