某海军陆战队官兵心理健康状态及其与心理弹性、感觉加工敏感性和应对方式的关系

Mental health status of the marine corps personnel and its relationship with mental resilience,sensory-processing sensitivity and coping style

目的了解海军陆战队某部官兵心理健康状态,探讨其与军人心理弹性、感觉加工敏感性和应对方式的关系。方法采用心理健康自评问卷(SRQ-20)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、高敏感性人格问卷(HSP-10)和简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)对392名海军陆战队某部官兵进行抽样调查,并运用t检验和逐步回归分析变量间的关系。结果 (1)在心理健康方面,海军陆战队官兵SRQ-20平均得分为(2.21±3.53)分,其中阳性(得分≥7分)检出率为11.85%。(2)检出率最高的3个条目分别是易疲劳(26.0%)、睡眠差(23.7%)、难做决定(16.8%)。(3)阳性组在心理弹性总分及各分量表得分均低于健康组;在感觉加工敏感性方面,阳性组在兴奋易感性上的得分显著高于健康组;在应对方式方面,阳性组在积极应对上得分更低。(4)SRQ-20得分和心理弹性各维度得分均存在显著负相关,和积极应对也呈负相关,和兴奋易感性呈正相关。(5)坚韧性、兴奋易感性、审美敏感性、积极应对和消极应对能有效预测军人心理健康水平,总解释率为23.4%。结论海军陆战队某部心理健康状态总体良好,但仍有部分官兵处于应激状态。海军陆战队心理健康水平与其心理弹性、感觉加工敏感性和应对方式密切相关。

Objective To investigate the mental health status of the military personnel in a certain marine unit,and also to explore its relationship with mental resilience,sensory processing sensitivity and coping style.Methods A sample survey was made among the 392 military personnel of a certain marine unit,by using self-reporting questionnaire 20(SRQ-20),Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),highly sensitive person scale(HSP-10)and simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ).The relationship between variables was analyzed by t-test and stepwise regression.Results(1)In mental health,the average scores of SRQ-20 were(2.21±3.53),of which the positive rate(score≥7)was 11.85%.(2)The 3 items with the highest detection rate were fatigue susceptibility(26.0%),poor sleep(23.7%)and hard decision-making(16.8%).(3)The total scores of CD-RISC and the scores in subscales of the positive group were lower than those of the healthy group.In sensory-processing sensitivity,the scores of the positive group in ease of excitation(EOE)were significantly higher than those of the healthy group.In coping style,the scores of the positive group in positive coping style were much lower.(4)Significantly negative correlation could be noted in the SRQ-20 scores and the scores in various dimensions of mental resilience.Negative correlation could also be seen in positive coping style,but there was positive correlation in easy excitement.(5)Hardiness,EOE,aesthetic sensitivity(AES),positive coping style,and negative coping style could effectively predict the mental health status of military personnel,with a total interpretation rate of 23.4%.Conclusion The mental health status of a certain marine unit is generally good,but is still in a state of stress in some people.The mental health level of the marine personnel is closely related to mental resilience,sensory processing sensitivity and coping style.
