摘要
目的制定基于桌面推演的成批伤救护教学方案,并开发相应教学素材,以提高护理学员成批伤事件的紧急应对能力。方法采取专家小组会议法制定成批伤救护桌面推演教学方案,在某医学院校大四年级护理本科生中开展教学,采用量性与质性相结合的方式进行教学评价。结果学员对整个教学过程和环节设置等评价较高(评分在4分以上),整个过程参与度很高,相关条目评分为满分(5分)。质性访谈结果提示,桌面推演可以提高学员参与度,促进学员对流程和知识点的掌握,但需要让学生课前做好相关准备。结论研究构建了一套基于真实事件的针对护理人员的成批伤救护桌面推演教学方案,并将其用于护理本科生的教学中,取得了较好的教学效果,下一步可以此为基础开展系列灾害救护桌面推演教学。
Objective To develop the teaching plan of mass casualty care based on table-top exercise and make full use of related teaching materials,so as to enhance the emergency response capability of nursing students in mass casualty events.Methods The expert group session method was adopted to formulate the teaching plan of table-top exercise for mass casualty care,and the teaching was carried out in the grade 4 nursing undergraduates of a certain medical university.Teaching evaluation was made both by quantitative and qualitative methods.Results The students had high opinion on the whole teaching process and link setting,with the scores higher than 4 points,deep involvement of related personnel and relevant item scores all full marks(5 points).The results of qualitative interview showed that the table-top exercise could improve student involvement,promote better mastery of the process and knowledge points.However,students should make related preparations before class.Conclusion The study has established a full set of teaching plan of mass casualty care based on table-top exercise for the nursing staff,applied it to the teaching of nursing undergraduates,and achieved good teaching results.Based on the above,a table-top exercise for disaster rescue series teaching could be implemented as a next step.
