摘要
基于国内外沥青超薄磨耗层技术的发展动态,结合设计理念、功能定位对其进行简要分类;针对超薄磨耗层厚度减薄的特点,总结并提出超薄磨耗层混合料的原材料要求,阐述基于功能需求下的超薄磨耗层路面结构设计,并介绍SMA-10,NovaChip和GT-8等现阶段3种典型沥青超薄罩面技术。沥青超薄罩面虽然可以有效降低管养成本,但仍存在材料要求高、技术标准缺失、施工难度大等问题。基于此,对超薄磨耗层的性能评价指标展开讨论,并提出沥青超薄磨耗层的未来发展趋势。
First,a classification study for asphalt ultra-thin wear layer technology was implemented,not only based on its development trends at home and abroad,but also combined with its design concepts and functional positioning.Second,the raw material requirements of ultra-thin wear layer mixture were proposed based on the characteristics of ultra-thin wear layer thickness reduction.Then the structure design of ultra-thin wear layer pavement was described based on functional requirements,and three typical ultra-thin asphalt overlay technologies at this time were introduced,such as SMA-10,NovaChip and GT-8.Although the ultra-thin asphalt overlay can effectively reduce the cost of maintenance,there were still problems such as high material requirements,lack of technical standards,and difficulty in construction.Thus,the performance evaluation index of ultra-thin wear layer was discussed and the future development trend of asphalt ultra-thin wear layer was put forward.
