消旋卡多曲颗粒联合蒙脱石散治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效观察

Observation of Curative Effect of Mesocardotrin Granule Combined with Montmorillonite Powder on Rotavirus Enteritis in Children

目的:研究针对轮状病毒肠炎患儿采取消旋卡多曲颗粒与蒙脱石散联合治疗的临床效果。方法:于本院选取64例轮状病毒肠炎患儿,时间选为2018年6月—2020年1月。使用抽签法进行分组,分为两组,各32例。选用蒙脱石散治疗为单一组,在单一组基础上联合使用消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗为联合组,对两组治疗后临床效果进行分析。结果:对比两组治疗总有效率,联合组高于单一组(P<0.05);联合组退热时间、脱水纠正时间、大便次数正常时间以住院时间均低于单一组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:相较于单独使用蒙脱石散治疗,联合使用消旋卡多曲颗粒治疗疗效更佳,可加快患儿恢复速度,进而改善预后,促使患者尽快出院,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of rotavirus enteritis in children with racemic Kadotri granule combined with montmorillonite powder.Methods:A total of 64 cases of pediatric rotavirus enteritis in our hospital were selected from June 2018 to January 2020.The lottery method was used to group them into two groups,each with 32 cases.Montmorillonite powder treatment was used as a single group,and racemic kadotril granules combined with montmorillonite powder treatment as a combined group.The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were analyzed.Results:Compared with the total effective rate of treatment in the two groups,the combined group was higher than the single group(P<0.05);the combined group had lower fever time,dehydration correction time,normal time of stool and hospitalization time than the single group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with montmorillonite powder,the combination of montmorillonite powder and racemic Kadotri granules can promote the fast recovery,and improve the treatment prognosis.It is worth learning.
