摘要
目的:探讨定点旋转结合不定点旋转手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:在我院随机选取2018年2月—2020年2月神经根型颈椎病患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组予不定点旋转手法治疗,观察组予定点旋转结合不定点旋转手法治疗,治疗2周。比较2组患者总缓解率、疼痛、焦虑评分、感觉神经传导速度改善情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率达到95%,优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分、SAS评分均有不同程度的降低,观察组下降幅度更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后感觉神经传导速度呈现不同程度增高,观察组速度增快更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:定点旋转结合不定点旋转手法对神经根型颈椎病的疗效明显,可缓解肌肉痉挛,促进神经功能的恢复,消除不良刺激,值得进一步临床应用和推广。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of fixed-point rotation combined with non-point rotation manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2020,80 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with fixed-point rotation manipulation,and the observation group was treated with fixed-point rotation combined with fixed-point rotation manipulation for 2 weeks.The total remission rate,pain,anxiety score and sensory nerve conduction velocity were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95%,which was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and SAS score of the two groups were decreased in different degrees,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of fixed-point rotation combined with non-point rotation manipulation on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type is obvious,which can relieve muscle spasm,promote the recovery of nerve function and eliminate bad stimulation,which is worthy of further clinical application and popularization.
