米诺环素联合手工龈下刮治对慢性牙周炎患者牙周相关指标的影响

Effect of Minocycline Combined with Manual Subgingival Curettage on Periodontal Related Indexes in Patients with Chronic Periodontitis

目的:探讨米诺环素联合手工龈下刮治对慢性牙周炎患者牙周相关指标及炎性因子水平的影响。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年1月于我院就诊的64例慢性牙周炎患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各32例。对照组予以手工龈下刮治,观察组加用米诺环素治疗。比较两组牙周相关指标、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生状况。结果:两组牙周相关指标、炎性因子水平治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后牙龈指数、附着丧失及牙周袋深度为(0.61±0.13)分、(3.24±0.23)mm、(2.36±0.27)mm,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IL-6、PGE 2水平为(4.13±1.03)mg/L、(142.18±25.21)mg/L,低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:米诺环素联合手工龈下刮治可改善慢性牙周炎患者牙周相关指标,减轻炎症反应,加快牙周组织恢复正常,安全可靠,具有推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of minocycline combined with manual subgingival curettage on periodontal related indexes and inflammatory factors in patients with chronic periodontitis.Methods:A total of 64 patients with chronic periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,each with 32 cases.The control group was treated with manual subgingival curettage,and the observation group was treated with minocycline.The periodontal related indexes,inflammatory factor levels and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in periodontal related indexes and inflammatory factor levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the gingival index,attachment loss and periodontal pocket depth of the observation group were(0.61±0.13)points,(3.24±0.23)mm,(2.36±0.27)mm,lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of IL-6 and PGE2 in the observation group after treatment were(4.13±1.03)mg/L,(142.18±25.21)mg/L,lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Minocycline combined with manual subgingival curettage can improve periodontal-related indicators in patients with chronic periodontitis,reduce inflammation,and accelerate periodontal tissues to return to normal.It is safe and reliable,and has promotion value.
